Shanghai Rapid Mold Tech Co., Ltd. was set up in 2007 with the establishment of model making division. Up to now, it has become an advanced manufacturing company of RP (Rapid Prototyping) technology, high and low pressure perfusion, silicone mold manufacturing and other quick samples. In addition, the company which obtained ISO9001-2008 certificate in 2009, ISO14000 environmental system certificate in 2016, as well as 36 industrial technology patents.
Shanghai Rapid Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was set up in 2013 with the establishment of plastic tooling production division. This division mainly committed to manufacture transparent parts of automobile lights, automotive precision interior parts based on plastic mold and injection technology. So far, it has reached cooperation with domestic primary car lamp suppliers. In addition, it obtained TS16949 certificate in 2015.
Jiangsu Rapid Industrial Tech Co., Ltd. was set up in 2017 with the establishment of vehicle modeling division. In order to maintain secrecy, it set up 9 independent workshops so that it enable to simultaneously execute 9 different projects. This division focuses on the research and manufacture of automobile models and show cars. It already provided high-quality products and services for many domestic main manufacturers. Work carried out to date, there was 2 cars exhibited at the 2017 Shanghai international auto show, 6 at the 2018 Beijing international auto show, and 7 at the 2019 Shanghai international auto show. At the same time, Jiangsu Rapid Industrial Tech Co., Ltd. was certificated as a high-tech enterprise in 2019.
